Reviews and Ratings
Our stay was both enjoyable and frustrating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which is a plus. The location was great, close to the town, but the recent management changes led to some unprofessional interactions that left us feeling uneasy. Overall, it's a family-friendly spot with potential, but some improvements in service are definitely needed.
Our recent stay at the caravan park was quite disappointing due to the management issues. While the park had good facilities for kids, including a pool and playground, our overall experience was marred by unprofessional treatment from the staff and unaddressed maintenance issues. It's a shame because the park has great potential, but it felt like we were constantly on edge during our stay.
We recently stayed in the holiday units and overall had a good time. The units were clean and well-kept, and my kids really loved the pool and jumping pillow. However, the location was a bit far from town and the overall caravan park seemed quite run down. We also found the Wi-Fi to be unreliable at times, which was a bit frustrating.
We had high hopes for this park, but unfortunately, the experience didn't quite meet our expectations. The site we were assigned was less than ideal, resembling more of a dirt path than a proper space, and the price seemed steep for what we got. On the upside, the park is family-friendly with a decent pool area, but the overall condition left much to be desired.
Our stay was quite frustrating due to the management's lack of professionalism. While the caravan park has potential with its location close to the town, the service left much to be desired. We felt unwelcome right from the check-in, and there was a clear lack of support and understanding from the staff. On the bright side, the area was spacious for our large group, which was a plus, but overall, our experience was overshadowed by poor communication and issues with the amenities.
